3. Email list - Personally Identifiable Information
This Website features an email list "opt-in" in order for users to subscribe to receive ongoing email communication from me. This Website collects names and email addresses from those who wish to sign up for the email list ("MWYS Biz List"). These names and addresses are held in strict confidence and will not knowingly be shared, sold, rented or otherwise passed on, by me, under any circumstances unless required by law.
In order to opt in to the email list, users are required to "double opt-in" i.e. after entering their email address, will receive a confirmation email to which they are required to respond, in order to fully activate this service.
Email communications will consist of information intended to be useful and relevant to the subject matter of the site, plus occasional offers and product recommendations. Some of these product recommendations may be for "affiliate products" such as other Clickbank products, for which Alex Newman will receive a commission on sales, in which case such "affiliate links" will come with notification of their affiliate status.
Email list subscribers are able to unsubscribe at any time by following unsubscribe links in email. Any personally written unsubscribe requests will also be honored in a timely fashion.
In the unlikely event that a third party has entered a false or incorrect email address in the "subscribe" fields, an email will be sent to that email address requesting confirmation of opt-in. In the extremely unlikely (but of course theoretically possible) event that you have received one of these messages and do not wish to opt in, please accept my apologies and simply ignore the message.
The email list is managed through the system provided by Aweber Communications - and the names and email addresses of subscribers are held on their servers.
I do not have any control over Aweber Communications' servers, policies or data management practices.

4. Credit card / purchasing information
Purchases made from this site are handled by the Clickbank (Click Sales Inc.) transaction system which is verified secure by McAfee and Verisign. Once you have clicked "buy now", the transactions take place on their site, and are subject to their Terms of Sale.
Clickbank's security certificates, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy and Return Policy can be viewed by clicking any of the "buy now" buttons on the complete-guide.html page (note - this will not obligate you to make a purchase!) and then clicking on the relevant links / security certificates.
I have no control over Clickbank's web site or policies, nor over the information they collect. I am not able to see, or personally collect, your credit card information through the use of the Clickbank transaction system.
When purchases are made I receive a confirmation email which displays the name, email address, state, country and ZIP code you entered in the Payment form - and this is information is treated as confidential as in 3 above.
5. Children's Online Privacy
This Website is intended for a general audience interested in business related topics. This Website does not collect knowingly collect information from, or sell to, children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has submitted personally identifiable information (such as name and email address) without your permission or consent, please contact me using the "Contact Info" listed higher up on this page, and include the information that was submitted by your child, and I will remove their information from my subscriber list.
